After several months of procedure, Phicap Group has obtained the Ecodyn label, which stands for the label for Ecodynamic Enterprises. It rewards companies committed to sustainable ecology, highlighting their commitment to environmental protection. The label encourages Brussels-based companies, associations, and institutions from both the public and private sectors that are acting to reduce the impact of their activities on the environment.
The eco-management steps taken are labeled at three levels: one, two, or three stars. Waste prevention, circular economy, rational energy use, good management of worker mobility, and sustainable food, all initiatives are considered. The goal of Ecodyn is to evaluate how an organization conducts its activities, not the activity itself. In total, since 2018, 139 Belgian companies have been labeled as Ecodyn and 97 are under analysis.
