Technical Auditor / Quantity Surveyor
As a Technical Auditor / Quantity Surveyor, you are responsible for the technical assessment of buildings and real estate projects, ensuring compliance, performance, and cost optimization. You assist our clients in their investment and asset management decisions, including: Conducting technical audits to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and associated costs; Analyzing energy performance, regulatory compliance, and modernization needs of buildings; Estimating and managing construction costs as a Quantity Surveyor (budgets, forecasts, tender processes); Writing detailed expert reports and providing tailored technical recommendations; Assisting in negotiations and contractor selection for the implementation of works; Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit and technical management methods within the team. YOUR PROFILE You hold a degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or building technology; You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (technical audit, project management, or cost management); You are rigorous, analytical, and solution-oriented; You have excellent communication and report-writing skills; You are ethical, curious, and passionate about the technical and financial optimization of real estate projects; You are bilingual FR/NL, with a good command of English.
