Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of projects, including feasibility, design, construction supervision and marketing: Analysis of requirements, translation of specifications, development of new concepts; Assistance and support for the client in drawing up selection criteria for project participants; Coordination and supervision of the preliminary design and supervision of the permit procedure; Coordination of the tender documents, consultation of companies and support in negotiations; Monitoring of the execution of the construction work, including planning, quality and budget management.
