The respect of your privacy is of utmost importance to PHICAP.

This is why PHICAP is committed to respecting the Belgian legislation on Privacy Protection in force (law of 8 December 1992) as well as the General Regulation on Data Protection – GDPR (2016/679 of 27 April 2016).

This confidentiality agreement is valid for all pages hosted on the www.phicap.eu website. It is not valid for pages hosted by other organisations to which we may refer and whose confidentiality agreements may be different.

This information is collected via online forms using the Formidable Forms extension or the registration module provided by Campaign Monitor (Formidable Forms & Campaign Monitor being third party companies) to inform you, register you for events, contact you later and to generate statistics to improve the content of our site.

Management and storage of personal data

PHICAP strives to respect the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that your personal information is treated confidentially and with your consent.

We have taken measures regarding privacy policy to protect your personal data under our control against access or modification by unauthorised persons, against improper use or disclosure, and against unlawful deletion or loss as a result of accident.

Our employees who have access to your personal data are obliged to respect the confidentiality of the information they process.

We regard your personal data as confidential information that is never passed on to third parties. Nor is it sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

The only exceptions that allow us to pass on your personal data are the following:

Cookies

The PHICAP website uses cookies – small text files that save a website on your computer or mobile device when you visit the website. These cookies are technically necessary, at least in part, to ensure a smooth, functional and optimal visit to our website, in particular by saving your preferred settings.
