At the beginning of May, the Phicap team moved to its new offices on Boulevard du Souverain 100 in Brussels
Offices with a view
At the end of 2019, Phicap acquired the shares of two companies: Amirato, a real estate and construction consultancy, and Sogesmaint, the property management branch of the CFE group. The three entities have since reorganised to work together.
At the beginning of May, all the employees moved to Boulevard du Souverain 100 in Watermael-Boitsfort, after several months of work.
The building is ideally located in a green environment and in the immediate vicinity of public transport and roads.
