Eight months after officially announcing its establishment in the Grand Duchy in January 2025, PHICAP GROUP confirms its foothold in Luxembourg. The company, which at that time opened its local office, already counts four employees and is supporting clients on several mandates in Property, Project and technical advisory (Treex).
Founded in 2013, PHICAP GROUP has established itself as a reference player in the real estate sector in Belgium and France. Its expansion in Luxembourg highlights both the speed of its growth and the relevance of its integrated model, covering the entire real estate value chain.
Led by its founder and CEO Michael GOLDBERG, the group today brings together more than 60 experts, united around a human-centered and structured management approach. In Luxembourg, the team is driven by Angélique SABRON, Managing Director, who took the lead of the local office at the beginning of 2025.
