15.10.2026 – Phicap’s property management division has reached a symbolic milestone: it now manages more than 1 million m² of real estate on behalf of institutional, public and private investors.
This growth is driven by a series of new mandates signed in recent months. In Belgium, Phicap Property was selected to manage the portfolio of Tikehau, having recently taken over the management of, among others, the Edmond de Rotschild portfolio. In Luxembourg, the Chamber of Commerce also entrusted the management of its assets to Phicap Property, strengthening the group’s presence in the Grand Duchy.
These new mandates add to a portfolio of reference clients, including the German fund AIK, Belfius Immo, Baltisse, CityDev, Eaglestone and Redevco, who entrust Phicap with the day-to-day management of their buildings: technical, administrative and financial management, tenant relations and reporting.
