During each audit, our experts conduct a thorough inspection to analyze the general condition of the building and the performance of its systems. We identify the necessary work to ensure compliance with current regulations and market standards. Improving the building’s energy performance is an integral part of our objectives, with particular focus on analyzing energy consumption, the status of existing environmental certifications (BREEAM, WELL, PEB, etc.), and identifying the investments required to achieve or maintain a certain level of certification. Depending on the condition of the property, we prioritize the actions to be taken and propose an investment timeline, taking into account the building’s age and the condition of its equipment.

Our experts prepare ESG reports to assess the environmental, social, and governance impact of buildings, based on the latest standards and regulations (SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, etc.). We specifically integrate a CREMM analysis (Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor) to identify the gap between the current performance of the building and the expected decarbonization pathways, in line with European climate goals.
