Oude Dokken

New passive building for the City of Ghent comprising:

• a school for 240 children
• an extra-curricular reception for 56 children;
• a crèche for 28 children;
• a sports hall for the neighbourhood.

Assistance and representation of Sogent in the day-to-day management and supervision of implementation:

• respect planning and budgets;
• describe building connections (electricity, water, landfill);
• monitor the proposed requirements and quality objectives;
• carry out the project with several partners in accordance with internal agreements.
