Phicap was founded in 2013 by Michael Goldberg, who was keen to provide top-quality and comprehensive real estate services to professional clients.
Since then, the company has grown, while remaining true to its entrepreneurial spirit and its culture of customer service. Phicap currently has 37 employees, and offices in Brussels, Paris, and Lille. The “Phi” stands for the golden mean; the “cap”, for capital. Increasing the value that assets generate for our clients is at the heart of our mission.
We build strong, long-term, balanced relationships with our stakeholders and clients. We give them the importance they deserve, and treat them just as we would like to be treated.
We aim to improve our real estate expertise by keeping abreast of all developments in the field. By the same token, we strive to integrate creative ideas into our processes and projects.
