We can support project owners throughout an entire real estate project, from the initial planning phase to the delivery of the building, both within the framework of public-procurement procedures and in accordance with the terms of private contracts. We manage the setting up of the team of architects, engineers, and all the experts necessary for the project to succeed. Our experience in seeing to the urban-planning and environmental-authorisation procedures and in following up on building permits also means we can guide you along at all stages of a project (checking files, support with public enquiries, and so on). We support you throughout the building phase, from preparing the tender documents to final acceptance.

We can also estimate the costs associated with maintaining and operating buildings thanks to feedback from the Phicap Group Property Team.
The team can manage the entire technical due diligence process while a property is being acquired. This means that investors have everything they need to know before making any kind of property purchase. Thanks to the cross-functional expertise that the Phicap Group’s Property and Capital teams have, and to our work with outside legal partners, we can deliver comprehensive due diligence reports.

In order to create the perfect real estate product, we implement the most suitable strategy and determine which marketing tools will work best. We put together the administrative and technical documents that are required for sales, and arrange online and offline marketing campaigns. We can also support project owners in keeping tabs on the choice of buyers in residential projects.
