Targeting the right asset
We continuously analyse real estate opportunities, and advise on the optimal acquisition structuring for each investor profile specifically. We either present the targeted investment or find a real estate investment upon a specific request from our clients.
CAPITAL STRUCTURING
Finding the right structure
Once the deal is sourced, we present it to our investor network. We coordinate the entire due diligence process and structure the debt financing. We put in place eventual shareholder’s loan contracts. Our expertise allows us to negotiate with banks on the best debt finance conditions.
ACQUISITION
Focus until closing
We set up the defined vehicle and lead the final negotiations so as to finally proceed with the property acquisition. We take care of incorporating the special purpose vehicle (SPV) and monitor the flow of funds. Our team will prepare the administrative work towards the banks such as responding to the KYC and setting up the bank accounts.
INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
Continuity of service
We manage the acquired property with our in-house teams, which results in enhancing the quality and control of our clients’ investments. We can act as local representation for the SPV and host its headquarters.
