Anthony Anderson, Managing Director “Capital”, represented Phicap. It was an opportunity to discuss co-working space and the best performances that will result from more and more entities providing a mix of business centres, co-working space and incubators.

Anthony Anderson: “The co-working boom in Belgium, and particularly in Brussels over the past few years, is also due to a catch-up phenomenon.” He added: “Companies that allocate a home office budget to their employees note that it can be used for co-working in order to promote their teleworking policy in a suitable, productive environment.”
