Asset Manager
As Asset Manager, you will assist with all aspects of the Capital department. More specifically you will have the following responsibilities : INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT : Perform market data analysis and review investment opportunities Identify potential off-market opportunities Provide preliminary analysis on targeted investment opportunities Prepare investment files for presentation to investors Provide assistance in due diligence Perform analysis for the underwriting of opportunities Provide assistance in reviewing legal documents such as operating agreements, loan documents, management and leasing agreements In general, assist the MD in the negotiations from start to closing ASSET MANAGEMENT : Analyse property rent rolls and financial reports to confirm effective gross income, net operating income, debt service coverage, loan to value, occupancy, and other relevant performance metrics Assist with quarterly reporting packages and evaluate variances and trends in operating income and expenses Management from a commercial, technical, judicial and administrative standpoint a portfolio of real estate assets by means of active hands-on management and via supervision of contractors (property managers, lawyers, project managers, accountants, etc.) Formulation of letting strategies, organisation of events, coordination of and participation in visits, and persistent follow-up of brokerage agencies in charge of rentals Regularly perform site inspections of portfolio assets QUALIFICATIONS : You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in economics or business studies You have two or more years of work experience, ideally in a similar position You are organized, meticulous and result driven You have easy social contact and business acumen You demonstrate integrity, honesty and ethic You are passionate about real estate You are FR or NL native speaker with a good level of the other language. Professional knowledge of EN is a must
